My Thoughts On Sandy Hook

Before we include Newtown as a Hip Hop punchline, let us have a moment of silence for the 27 lives that were selfishly and violently taken from loved ones on Friday December 14, 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary. No word or action will alleviate the agony felt by the loved ones of the victims, or do I seek to compare this sinister act to previous mass shootings that have occurred and that are occurring at this very moment throughout the nation. Further more, adding insult to injury, the ever loving media focuses all the attention on the monsters who have committed these heinous deeds, leaving the victims and those affected in the background (Gotta love the media). Not to forget the mother loving NRA or whoever that are worried about their precious guns being taken away from them while 27 families are going over funeral arrangements for their loved ones... I AM BEYOND PISSED. Society has failed when someone could just get up and walk into a elementary school and use children for target practice. This is an outrage and I demand that the public get angry and develop an unforeseen outcry that may bring a change so these deplorable conditions may not occur in the near future. I'm all for gun control, but we also have to look at underlying factors such as identifying the warning signs in order to prevent these macabre events. We live in a country where the emphasis on mental health is dwindling due to lack of funding, a place where a lack of various necessities may play a role in Sandy Hook, Chicago, Florida or anywhere else in this world where carnage and mayhem continue to thrive, a and might worsen if we choose to stay quiet and hope that things will get better on their own. Children are life's greatest gifts,and should be protected at all times, but we failed 20 of them on that fateful day.

To start a business is like having a child. At first you're excited about the prospect of how you're going to take life at it's reins,master your own course and be wealthy beyond your wildest expectations. You're usually not alone, you probably have partners or a team/crew that sees the vision of your idea, a substantial amount of cash (Not a lot, probably cashed out a Roth IRA), you probably have a business plan that if you stick with it will bring you the desired result because you and your team are going to work as hard you can to make that idea work, and as a result everything is going to work itself out right ?
